We need more supplies for shipping

The shipping department is running low on supplies for shipping. We have kraft tape and corrugated boxes, but need the other supplies for shipping. Someone may be in trouble for letting the supplies for shipping get down to kraft tape and corrugated boxes. We can try and work with the kraft tape and corrugated boxes until we get the rest of the supplies we need. This is the first time that I have been here that something like this has happened.
