I am in charge of part of the shipping department

In my department I am in charge of shipping supplies. I need to make sure there are enough shipping boxes to pack up all the shipping supplies. This week we are short poly bags so, I have to make sure we get enough plus more poly bags made before the end of next week. I also have to make sure we have all the right size shipping boxes for the supplies we are shipping out this week. It doesn't sound like a hard job, but as fast as we move it gets pretty intense.
