Tax Exmpt Status

Your organization may be eligible for Tax Exempt status if:

• Frontier products are a component in the items your company or organization sells.
• You are reselling Frontier Paper products.
• Your organization qualifies for Tax Exempt status. (Charitable, Educational, etc.)

For Tax Exempt organizations, Frontier Paper is required to maintain copies of your State Sales Tax Exemption Certificate. You must complete the certificate for all states applicable to your company and fax back to Frontier Paper's Tax Department at 317-837-0568

Returns

Return Policy

30 day guarantee: You may return any item for any reason within 30 days for a refund. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted and the customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges. There will be no refunds on custom or special order items.

How to Return the Item

• Place the items in a suitable shipping container and write the return
  authorization number on the outside of the container .
• Send the item to Frontier Paper & Packaging main distribution center

during checkout. This allows you to designate your preferred carrier.

Product Information

Box Strength

Mullen - a measure of strength of corrugated board. This is measured by the force required to burst through 1 square inch of combined board. The most common box is made of 200 pound Mullen test board. This is equal to 32 ECT board.

ECT (Edge Crush Test) a measure of strength of corrugated board. This is measured by the force that 1 inch of combined board will support when filled and stacked. The most common box is made from 32 ECT board. This is equal to 200 pound Mullen test board.

Cubic Box Measurements

• These are the standards and methods of measuring boxes.
  lIsted dimensions are always inside dimensions.
  
• The first dimension is Length. Length is always the longest side of the box
  that has a flap .
  
• The next dimension is Width. the width side also has a flap, but is always
  the side shorter that the length.
  
• Height is the only dimension without a flap. the height measurement does
  not include the flaps.
  

NOTE: Acceptable manufacturing allowance is +/- 1/8"
